This opportunistic program guarantees employment with American Eagle after successfully completing the pre-hire interview at American Eagle and the Eagle Jet International professional airline first office program.

Eagle Jet International, a 12 year old Florida based training company and American Eagle Airlines have agreed on a cohesive career development training program. This opportunistic program guarantees employment with American Eagle after successfully completing the pre-hire interview at American Eagle and the Eagle Jet International professional airline first officer program. American Eagle has recognized the quality of training that Eagle Jet International provides to make new commercial pilots “Airline Ready” pilots. The guaranteed employment program will take approximately 90 days to complete with the American Eagle new hire receiving FAA approved training and over 100 hours of actual flight time in a twin engine turboprop aircraft. Also included in this program will be a 40 hour CBT training program dealing with the round dial to glass cockpit transition, all systems and operating procedures for the regional jet that the new hire candidate will be placed in. The total guaranteed employment program cost is $14,900.
